Fulfilment & Dispatch

BlackGate items are produced in small batches and made with care. Orders are typically fulfilled next day of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping - United Kingdom

We ship across the UK via Royal Mail / tracked courier. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2-5 working days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location - typically 7-12 working days after dispatch. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Some items are available on a pre-order basis. Estimated fulfilment timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items.
